Yoga Detour
May 27 & 28, 2017

Engage with theory and movement while exploring pelvic floor imbalance and it’s consequences, along with pelvic pain and the connection between the pelvic floor and nervous system.

Through a trauma and cultural lens, develop solutions to the challenges faced by movement practitioners through the peripartum period. Opportunities to put this information into the language of a movement teacher will be provided, with time spent on various means of communication and integration.
